Mission
Mission Statement
United with family and the Catholic Church, St. Andrew's Elementary School strives to prepare students to become educated, responsible, and productive Christian citizens in order to impact the world for Christ.
About
St. Andrew's Elementary School is a Catholic Elementary School for grades Kindergarten through Fifth. St. Andrew's is dedicated to educating the whole person.
A quality religious education program is implemented. Students attend Mass twice weekly and participate in the liturgies. Special emphasis is placed on church holidays and feast days. Special preparation is given for the Sacraments.
St. Andrew's provides quality education with a strong emphasis on the fundamentals. Our class sizes vary from year to year. It is our desire to keep student-to-teacher ratio low with larger classes receiving in-class para support. The typical class size is fewer than 18 students.
Students are given high expectations for achievement and behavior. Dedicated, caring staff members provide a nurturing environment.
Preschool
St. Andrew also offers a Christian based preschool program for three, four, and five years old.
St. Andrew's Preschool strives to develop the physical, emotional, creative, and social abilities of each child. In doing so, children are shown developmentally appropriate techniques of learning and the joy they bring.
The program also concentrates on the development of a positive self-image that the school believes to be one of the keys to a successful and happy life.
The school strives to provide a caring, Christian environment where children feel safe and comfortable.
